House Republican Leader John Boehner has issued a detailed statement about a frightening new position in Washington. The democrat’s health plan now includes the office of “Health Choices Commissioner.” The person appointed to this position would have the power to regulate all insurance plans (even those not included in the Exchange), decide which treatments a patient can receive and at what cost, and determine which doctors and hospitals are included in the plan.
